Through the 2024-2025 budget, there is a capital request (P.10034: Integrated Civic Energy Management Program) for appliance upgrades and improvements to energy data management and sub-metering, and an operating request for 1 FTE for Civic Commissioning that is also directly related to energy conservation behaviors within buildings.
