Progress Update
The Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) launched in September 2021 with capacity for 67 participants. By the end of 2023, 100 energy efficiency retrofits were completed through the Home Energy Loan Program (HELP), including 6 deep energy retrofits with >50% reduction. Cumulative savings through HELP are 200 tonnes CO2e. HELP has funding for 127 more retrofits until the end of the current program; expansion with requests for additional funding are expected in 2024.
