Progress Update
The Water Conservation Strategy was approved in May 2022; SmarUTIL launched in June 2022. Estimated water savings relating to the Energy Assistance Program, Rain Barrel Rebate, and HELP were 591,000 L in 2022 and 789,000 L in 2023.
